Hi Maria
I've just found a very odd looking rabbit head (I think) at https://www.artnet.com/magazine/reviews/karlins/karlins7-28-3.asp.
Wondered if it might be relevant to your enquiry. x S

I love the Flesher, I forgot to ask at the time, did you speak to him?

I wonder if you could superimpose some images on to or into this photo?

I have in mind a piece by John Isaacs, 'A Necessary Change of Heart'from 2000 - it was in an exhibition at the Hayward called Spectacular Bodies. It's a wax model of a partly boned and dismembered human body on a slab just as meat is seen in the butchers, but of course much more unpalatable simply because it is human. At the exhibition people were fainting when they saw it.

Let me know if you can't find it and I'll bring the catalogue in. Now that I come to think of it, there must be other uncanny things in it too.

Hi Sue, I'm trying really hard not to look like I have a rabbit fetish. I don't really, no honest.

Hi Lynda, I did not speak to 'The Flesher'...... I was too scared. I thought it would be like Hilary's, the butchers shop from the League of Gentlemen inside(my favourite, but truely scary , uncanny TV show). For anyone else reading this a butcher in Ireland is known as a flesher! How creepy is that!?

Would love to see the Spectacular Bodies catalogue, thanks Lynda. Mx
